Updating of Land Registry Records and Certificates

Selling properties without a usage license is now permitted after the approval of SIMPLEX for Housing ( DL No. 10/2024, of January 8)

However, this freedom has brought some risks for buyers, especially those who intend to buy without resorting to bank credit. This is because banks are very detailed in the way they analyze the documentation of each property and will only approve financing if all the documentation is correct.

This risk for buyers and the inability to finance the acquisition of properties without a usage license translates into a significant reduction in value for this type of property.
