Commission Policy and Business Model

We provide different types of services that are generally associated with property licensing or legalization process. These services can be legal analysis, the preparation of studies and change projects, the instruction of processes, meetings with the local authority, or the correction of documentation. Except in specific cases, these services ARE NOT BILLED. They are included in a working fund that we stipulate for each specific process.

Our business model is not based on billing for legalization services but rather billing through real estate mediation contracts for the future sale of properties after they are legalized.

In our view, due to the specificity of our work and the Know How of our team, we take much less time with local authorities, we focus solely on what is essential for the legalization process and do not add any expense to the owner during the process.

 

Just like the owners, we look for a process solution that maximizes the value of each property based on market demand for each product and depending on the location where it is located.
